LOS ANGELES, July 16, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Farmers Insurance today announced the appointment of Thomas White to the post of president of Farmers Non-Insurance Businesses.
In this newly created position, White will oversee Farmers non-insurance businesses including Farmers Financial Solutions (FFS) and Kraft Lake, as well as the development of future new business opportunities. Reporting to Farmers Chief Executive Officer Jeff Dailey, White will be focused on deepening customer relationships and supporting business growth for Farmers 50,000 exclusive and independent agents.
He has more than 30 years of experience in the insurance industry, serving most recently as group head of human resources for Zurich. He also served as Zurich Japan's chief executive officer and Farmers New World Life's president and chief executive officer.
