While the economy has taken a downturn, Farmers Insurance Group of Companies(R) announces that its newest Business Development Center will open in Riverside, California on October 28, 2008. According to Center Manager Mike Ponce, the center will employ a staff of recruiters, trainers and customer service personnel.
