With her new appointment, she also becomes part of the group's Senior Leadership Team and will report to Deborah Aldredge, chief administrative officer for Farmers Group, Inc.

Prior to her new post, Elliott served as the human resources business partner for the head of claims at Farmers®, leading a team of HR professionals and successfully delivering on a number of business strategies, including Behavior Focused Performance Management.
Leveraging her experience as the first group head of inclusion & diversity for Zurich Insurance, she has been key in building Inclusion@Farmers, which has focused on developing an enterprise-wide Inclusion Council at Farmers and growing the number of employee resource groups within the organization.
Originally from Australia, she moved to the United States in 2013 after living in Switzerland for four years.
