Since the storms struck, Farmers Insurance specialized catastrophe adjusters and agents have assisted customers across the country.
According to Farmers Insurance, one key to a quick recovery is a speedy response, which is why Farmers Insurance immediately responds with the resources necessary to help customers through support staff in the Claims Call Centers and in the field.
Utilizing the latest in geo-technology, catastrophe claims staff analyzed the incoming claims and deployed resources and personnel to ensure a prompt and efficient response.
Farmers Insurance expects to see nearly 15,000 claims across nine impacted states. Insured damages stemming from these series of storms are likely to total approximately $80 million.
Farmers customers who suffered damage from the storms and have not yet submitted a claim may still do so by contacting their agent, via the www.farmers.com web site, or by calling the 24-hour claims center.
