Damaging winds, hail and flooding were reported as a result. Farmers Chief Claims Officer Keith Daly noted that Farmers insurance has had more than 5,400 customers file claims in these states as a result of damage from the severe weather. Farmers Insurance estimates that they will see more than 9,200 claims at a cost of approximately $75 million resulting from this storm system.
