NOVI, Mich., Feb. 21, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- In a move designed to create new cost saving enhancements, the Farmers Insurance Michigan State Office will relocate to a new office at 28850 Cabot Drive, Suite 900, Novi, MI 48377 effective February 28, 2011.

William Walrath, Farmers Michigan State Executive Director said the move is aligned with our FarmersFuture 2020 strategy in the state. "In addition to expense management, the new offices will create added benefits such as a new 50 person training facility and technologically enhanced working conditions for our employees in the Detroit metropolitan area."
Walrath said the move will also help Farmers create a better and more sustainable marketplace to grow. "Having all of our property and casualty units working together will allow us to develop talent, quickly identify trends in the marketplace, and work together on many Michigan specific issues that we encounter that will benefit our customers. This will allow us to continue to give our Michigan customers the first rate service they have come to expect from Farmers."
