Farmers Insurance asks its customers who have suffered damage to immediately call the Farmers 1-800-HelpPoint (1-800-435-7764) for immediate assistance.
Foremost Insurance customers should file their claim by calling: 1-800-527-3907.
In addition, Farmers has placed a Mobile Claims Center Bus (MCC) and smaller Customer Care Vehicle at two locations to help customers with claims and assist non-customers with any immediate needs. They are located at:
The MCC is located at: Oklahoma County Building 7105 S Anderson Road Oklahoma City, OK 73150 The Customer Care Vehicle (CCV) is located at: Wal-Mart 501 SW 19th Street Moore, OK 73160
"The bus is 46 feet and is equipped with supplies to offer help to our customers and non-customers alike," notes John Lucido, Farmers state executive director for the state of Oklahoma. "The bus carries supplies, satellite cell phones and laptops for use by victims who have lost power in their homes or have been evacuated. It is also equipped with state-of-the art communications satellite equipment to track the storms and generators," Lucido said. "The Customer Care Vehicle is a 25 foot trailer pulled by a Farmers SUV and has all of the supplies and communications equipment similar to the MCC."
"Ironically, this is the second visit of an MCC to Oklahoma City. We visited the Oklahoma City Fire Department and displayed the capabilities of the MCC to Chief Keith Bryant and the Department personnel last month. Now, we are putting into action all of the MCC's capabilities," Lucido added.
Mr. Lucido can be reached at the MCC in the Eastpointe Community Church parking lot.
"We will bring in as many resources as needed to help our customers file claims quickly and easily. I urge Farmers customers to contact the 1-800 number for immediate assistance," Lucido said.
