Farmers Insurance asks its customers who have suffered flood damage and have a Flood insurance policy to call the Farmers 1-800-HelpPoint (1-800-435-7764) number and you will be transferred to the Flood Service Center.
Farmers customers who have suffered wind and rain damage from the storms should also immediately contact the Farmers' 24 hour claims 1-800-HelpPoint hotline too.
Foremost Insurance customers should file their claim by calling: 1-800-527-3907.
"With more wind and continued rain in the forecast, we are keeping very close tabs on this dangerous situation," said Betsy Nealon, Farmers Tennessee Executive Director. "We will bring in as many resources as needed to help our customers file claims quickly and easily. With the aftermath of damages from the storms throughout Tennessee, we ask our customers and everyone to be very careful when driving and be on the lookout for any downed power lines," Nealon added.
