"Our claims teams are spreading out throughout the fires in Northern and Southern California to help our customers with claims," stated Farmers State Executive Directors: Kirk Tweedy, and Bill Matlock, Vice President and State Executive Director of Farmers Los Angeles State Office. "We have the resources in place to help our customers file claims quickly and easily," they added.
A Farmers Customer Care Vehicle Claims center is set up and ready to assist Farmers customers at the Evacuation Center in Northern California at Rock Creek Elementary School, 3050 Bell Road, in Auburn. The Red Cross and Salvation Army are at this location.
