Awards Presentation to Be Held Saturday, June 19 at 10:00 a.m. MEDIA ALERT/PHOTO OPPORTUNITY WHAT: Sixteen local students will be awarded cash scholarships and other prizes for their winning photos depicting Latino Life in the Sacramento Region. Over 250 guests will honor the Farmers Insurance Young Americanos Photography Competition winners at a reception following the unveiling of their winning entries. The winning students will receive over $3,500 in scholarships. The winning photographs will be on public display at La Raza Galeria Posada in Sacramento beginning June 19 through the end of July.
