Cindy Vance, a Farmers agent and Registered Representative in Sussex, Wisconsin has been named Life and Financial Services Agent of The Year for 2001. This is the first time Vance has been given these honors, out of 14,000 agents eligible. Serving thousands of customers, Vance has developed strong relationships in the Waukesha and Washington County areas.

As a top Farmers agent, Vance has also attended Farmers' Championship awards celebration eight times and has attended President's Council five times. Championship and Presidents Council are annual conferences that celebrate Farmers' most elite group of agents and district managers. She is also recognized nationally as achieving the Million Dollar Round Table.
Vance also speaks at state and district conferences to educate new agents on the staffing, time-management and balanced production of running an agency. Vance is also active in the community as well as serving at the school her two children attend.
